So went to Middle Farm to get some food for Violet and Gerty.  It turned out there was a poultry sale going on.   So what did we come back with?  Mabel!  She's a little Partridge Pekin--a bantam, like the other two.  Her feathers are incredibly soft and she's a bit shy for now.   Three was proving a bit of a crowd for the existing coop so we've upgraded to a new, bigger, coop and we're calling it Cluckingham Palace.  Mabel has found her place in the pecking order and all three Girls are now firm feathered friends.
