In 2007 Mike won the New Designer Award for his innovative and exciting ceramics-particular his pop-off planter.  Sir Terence Conran describes his microvases, designed to take daisies and other tiny flowers, as ‘charming’.  He was chosen by Max Fraser for a show in Liberty during the 2008 London Design Festival and praised by Andrew Tanner.
